Opens a window in order to draw Lat-Lon or UTM grid over a 2D picture.
3 styles are possible:
Creates a grid that has latitude-longitude grid as a basis

Creates a grid that has QRA grid as a basis
Example of a QRA grid.
Creates a grid that has latitude-longitude grid as a basis
As the grid extends in to another zone (east wards) a note is displayed.
As a comment the UTM grid reference zone is displayed
