As the SRTM mission is not providing data above 60 degrees North and below 59 degrees South aditional data sources are required. There is one source of data that can fill this void.

Free SRTM data above 60 degrees North and below 59 degrees South is part of a project by Jonathan de Ferranti. His aim is to cover the last 0.2 % of the earth soil in SRTM data and update SRTM data to solve voids.
