Copy the files in to the antenna folder where Radio Mobile keeps the antenna files. This is normally the folder 'antenna' that is located in the program root of Radio Mobile.
You may verify the antenna pattern in Radio Mobile using the antenna pattern editor in 'Tools > Antenna pattern viewer'. You should be able to see the new download file in the pull down menu:
