Copy and paste is easy from and to Google Earth.

Copy a unit from Google Earth to Radio Mobile

In GoogleEarth

• - Right Click on a Placemark
• - select "Copy"

In Radio Mobile

• Open "Unit properties"
• Select a unit in the list
• Press button "Paste"
