 From version 9.6.5 Radio Mobile supports both horizontal- and vertical- plane in antenna patterns when a full description of 360 degrees of the vertical plane is available in the file.
 It is advised to use the V3 antenna patterns for better simulation results.
In this file both the horizontal plane and the full 360 degrees of the vertical plan of the radiation pattern is described.

General description of the file.
The antenna file formatted for V3 has 720 lines.
The first 360 lines describe the horizontal plane of the radiation pattern. Starting at the front beam from 0 to 359 degrees. The horizontal plane of the pattern is level.
This means that when a antenna has a tilted main lobe (to the ground) and the upper -3 dB side of the main lobe is a 0 degrees, the value at 0 degrees is -3 dB with respect to the maximum gain of the antenna.
The second 360 lines describe the vertical plane of the radiation pattern.
The description of the vertical plane starts at +90 degrees where 0 degrees is level. See the blue arrow in the diagram below. The vertical angle starts at +90 degrees on line 361. The order is +90, 0, -90,-180, +180,+89.
